A representative from Southwest Airlines has spoken out after Savannah Chrisley made a series of damning Instagram posts about her recent interaction with the company.
According to the representative, things may not have gone down the way the Chrisley Knows Best star claims they did — in fact, the airline insists it was Savannah's bad behavior that got her booted from her flight.
The rep shared that, in addition to being rude to staff, Savannah "arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and was asked to gate-check her bag due to the overhead bins being full and to avoid delaying the more than 100 passengers already onboard the aircraft."

ACCORDING TO SAVANNAH, THE TROUBLE STARTED WHEN THE AGENT AT THE GATE REFUSED TO LET HER BOARD.
SHE CLAIMS SHE THEN TOLD THE AGENT THAT THE DELAY WAS GOING TO CAUSE HER TO GET HOME LATE TO HER NIECE CHLOE.
"I went to board my flight to get on, and he told me that I had to check my bag," she continued. "I was like, 'Okay, if you wouldn't mind, I'm gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can't make it fit and if not, I'll check it.'"
An overnight flight finally got Savannah where she needed to be and she was able to reunite with Chloe and Grayson. Southwest said it's aware of Savannah's claims and the videos she shared and that it will be conducting an investigation into the incident.
